Insight Hospitality commissioned Maya Hospitality Agency to execute the cocktail and theme development for a cocktail and food pairing event. The event aimed to showcase bespoke cocktails created from garden-sourced ingredients, emphasising a fresh and seasonal approach.
Maya Hospitality curated a unique cocktail experience centred around garden-fresh ingredients, collaborating with Diistil to craft bespoke drinks infused with their distinctive distillates: Vanilla, Jalapeño, Beetroot, Soy Sauce, and Yuzu. Each cocktail was expertly paired with a bespoke menu curated by Chef Steve Tonkin, enhancing the overall sensory journey for attendees which also was created by the distillate’s flavours.
Successfully, we conducted a comprehensive 3-hour masterclass, educating participants on advanced cocktail crafting and food pairing techniques. We took charge of conceptualising and developing the event’s theme, ensuring a cohesive and memorable experience. Additionally, Maya Hospitality Agency meticulously selected glassware and vessels that complemented the event’s theme, enhancing both the visual appeal and functional aspects of the presentation.

Indulge in the Beetroot Infusion, a masterpiece of bitter and sweet flavours beautifully intertwined. Crafted with our exquisite beetroot distillate, Aperol, Lillet Rose Vermouth, Gin Mare, and hints of citrusy orange peel and cardamom bitters.
Elevate your celebration with Teapsy, an enchanting fusion of black tea distillate and sparkling prosecco, complemented by a touch of Angostura bitters. The captivating blend of sweet and bitter notes will tantalize your taste buds.
Indulge in the Soy Garden Punch, a captivating blend of Diistil’s Soy Sauce Distillate, Saliza Amaretto, a medley of fruit juices, and a touch of English Chilli Syrup. This cocktail takes your taste buds on an extraordinary umami adventure.
